We hold information about children. We treat that as a serious responsibility. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible

What we collect
The parent or guardian name, telephone number, the class applied for and any note you write. The enquiry form on this site sends these details to the school as a WhatsApp message you compose and send yourself.
Once a child is enrolled: identity and birth details, guardian contacts, health information relevant to care, academic records, attendance and fee payments.
Images from assemblies, graduations and school events, used in school publications and on this website only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Why we hold it
To admit and teach your child, to keep them safe, to reach you in an emergency, to record fee payments, and to meet our reporting duties to the Ministry of Basic Education. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Teaching and administrative staff, on a need-to-know basis; the Ministry of Basic Education and examination bodies where required; and the mobile money operator when you pay fees electronically. Messages you send us through WhatsApp are also processed by that service under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Academic records are kept as school archives so that former pupils can obtain proof of attendance and results. Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are discarded at the end of the school year.
Your requests
You may ask to see what we hold about your child, to have it corrected, to withdraw consent for photographs, or to have information removed where we are not obliged to keep it. Ask at the school office and we will respond in writing.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language choice in your own browser so the page opens in English or French next time. See the cookie notice for details.
